The food was good! First time trying a roll with mango sauce and it was worth it! Thanks to our server Patricia who was very knowledgeable with their food, she gave us good recommendations!

My book club met for lunch at Blue Asia. It has a quiet environment where we could discuss our book without having to shout.
Blue Asia has an extensive menu and several vegan options. I ordered the spicy Thai vegetable dish with tofu, which came with rice and soup of a salad. I chose the salad with ranch dressing and was delighted with the fresh greens and tangy dressing. Unfortunately, the spicy Thai basil dish was not spicy at all but rather bland. I requested sriracha from the server but ended up having to get it myself. This "self service" happened again when I had to retrieve ice for my tea after having been given a refill that melted the ice. Friendly server, just not very attentive.
I would like to return to try their sushi.

What happened to you Blue Asia? Four years ago you were at your height with fresh sushi,  great service and a beautiful ambience. Now there are cluttered tables that are filled with dirty dishes,  floors that are not clean and tables that are not properly cleaned off before were seated. We came today only to discover that there were only two waiters to service the whole entire restaurant. It took so long for us to get our food. I had to get up to get service. And the food was OK. Believe me, I love Fresh Sushi so this was a disappointment.

I have been searching for a good/reasonably priced sushi restaurant in Wilmington and so far, Blue Asia is currently my favorite place. The ambiance is very inviting and modern. They also have a lot of space for seating.

I have ordered sushi take out from here twice and both experiences were good! I ordered the shrimp tempura and futomaki rolls and liked both of them, would recommend. They also have sweet potato rolls and although I do not like sweet potato, my friends have said they are to die for!

I also came here for the lunch all-you-can eat and had a great experience! Really amazing deal and I loved all the options. You can get as much sushi as you would like and it also includes appetizers, soup, salad, fried rice, dessert, etc.

None of the rolls really were OMG AMAZING to me. Still not super impressed but of all of the sushi places I have tried in Wilmington, Blue Asia is by far my favorite, even though it isn't amazing. Are still on the lookout for a really great sushi place in Wilmington!

But really - what happened to the tuna in the overpriced specialty roll "Spicy Mama?" The only spicy part is the drop of sriracha on the copious amount of rice Just okay overall, not as good as a couple of years ago. Also some sanitation violations
